About Philippa White
Philippa White is a global thought leader, social innovator and the Founder and CEO of UK-based company TIE. For 20 years she has been unlocking corporate leaders’ and team’s potential with her unique leadership development approach. Born in South Africa and raised in Canada, Philippa relocated to the UK after a business exchange programme in Thailand, and now lives in Brazil. She brings a people-first approach to business that fuels not just commercial success, but also contributes to a more sustainable world. Over her career she has worked with some of the world’s biggest businesses, helping their people develop the necessary human competencies to thrive in today’s corporate world.
As the creator and host of the TIE Unearthed Podcast and host of the London ‘Evening with TIE’ events, Philippa is also an accomplished speaker and author, with over 60 published articles, and the much-anticipated book, Return on Humanity.
