A Bold Adventure Begins!

We are thrilled to announce that Charlotte Kirk has been selected as BBH London’s next Immersive TIE Leadership participant!

Charlotte, a brilliant producer known for her creative flair, logistical precision, and boundless positivity, will embark on an extraordinary journey to Brazil this September. There, she’ll take on one of the most sought-after leadership development opportunities—one that will challenge everything she knows about her work in advertising, leadership, and problem-solving.

Why does BBH invest in TIE?

Because real leadership isn’t built in comfort zones.

This leadership programme will:

Force Charlotte to rethink everything—playing the role of client, strategist, account lead, and creative all at once.
Tackle complex challenges that demand fresh, interactive solutions.
Push her to work across cultures and disciplines, learning the adaptability crucial for leadership in an evolving industry.
Develop her leadership competencies while driving meaningful impact in the world.

And what a project awaits! Charlotte will collaborate with Centro das Mulheres do Cabo (CMC), a feminist organisation fighting for gender and racial equality in Brazil. She’ll work with them on the ground to help shape a marketing strategy to connect CMC with corporate partners, amplifying their mission to end violence against women and empower youth.

Charlotte says it best:
“An organisation that leverages private-sector skills for deserving NGOs feels so necessary in today’s world. I feel privileged to take part and hope to bring back a stronger global perspective to BBH—championing our responsibility to do more good.”

Over the coming months, we’ll be working closely with Charlotte to prepare her for this life-changing journey. And come September, she’ll be diving into an experience that will stretch, challenge, and inspire her in ways she can’t yet imagine.
