For those of you that know me and know TIE, you’ll know the very strong bond I have with BBH.
I worked there. They have been a client of ours since 2010. And Sir John Hegarty, co-founder of the agency, is one of our mentors.
So, I can’t tell you how excited I am for them to be engaging with Virtual Team TIE, and for us to be kicking off a project with them today.
Not only so thankful for their continued trust and engagement.
But, honestly, just SO excited to work together again. And to inject their top talent with inspiration.
And what a team!
This powerhouse team has been chosen because they are seen as the future leaders of BBH. They will be forced to step out of silos, find their leadership styles and be pushed in new ways.
This is a chance for them to THINK differently and use their heads for good.
They will work together over the next 6 weeks, about 2 hours a day, to crack a real challenge facing the Jiyan Foundation, a human rights NGO in Syria and Iraq, supporting survivors of war and trauma and ISIS in the region. (Read more on the project here…)
They get to learn to lead by making a difference.
“TIE and BBH have a long history of working together and I’m thrilled that we’re able to send a team of BBH’ers on a virtual experience this year. TIE has the ability to stretch people in ways that other training and development initiatives struggle to meet. I can’t wait to see what the impact the team has and how they can bring BBH’s mantra of finding difference to such a worthy cause.”
– Polly McMorrow, Managing Director, BBH London
