Curiosity levels are high for this lucky team at Leo Burnett London at the moment.
They have been selected for the Team TIE programme this year, and we are thrilled to be kicking things off.
Why did they apply?
“The unknown of what we can achieve as a group is just incredibly exciting.”
“Looking to work with some amazing people and develop my professional skills.”
“Play a role in doing some good and step out of my comfort zone.”
“Throw myself into a new challenge and make a difference to these children’s lives.”
Welcome Team Leo Burnett! ✨
Over the next 6 weeks, about 2 hours a day, they will work together to crack a real challenge facing Em Cena, a Brazilian NGO that uses dance and art to impact vulnerable children’s lives.
A chance to BE more and DO more.
As Charlie Rudd, CEO of Leo Burnett London, says:
“I am looking for programmes that will motivate and inspire talent whilst making our people better and stronger. TIE allows people to step out of the circuit, find their own route, and they don’t have to deal with the hierarchy. Nothing about TIE is theoretical. It’s real. What TIE does has real implication and real value. In the real world. This is not a drill.”
A huge thank you to Carly and Charlie from Leo Burnett for making this possible, and to this incredible team for being up to push themselves in new ways. Let’s get this show on the road!
It’s time. Let’s change things! 💥✨🌱
