Curiosity levels are high for this lucky team at Leo Burnett London at the moment.

They have been selected for the Team TIE programme this year, and we are thrilled to be kicking things off.

Why did they apply?

Welcome Team Leo Burnett! ✨

Over the next 6 weeks, about 2 hours a day, they will work together to crack a real challenge facing Em Cena, a Brazilian NGO that uses dance and art to impact vulnerable children’s lives.

A chance to BE more and DO more.

As Charlie Rudd, CEO of Leo Burnett London, says:

“I am looking for programmes that will motivate and inspire talent whilst making our people better and stronger. TIE allows people to step out of the circuit, find their own route, and they don’t have to deal with the hierarchy. Nothing about TIE is theoretical. It’s real. What TIE does has real implication and real value. In the real world. This is not a drill.”
