In just three weeks, Charlotte Kirk from BBH London will be flying to Brazil for one of the boldest leadership experiences out there: her Immersive TIE Leadership Programme.

Forget theory. This is what real leadership looks like. Bold. Creative. And unapologetically human.

And Charlotte is about to take this energy to Brazil.

She’ll spend 30 days applying her strategic and creative brilliance with Centro de Mulheres do Cabo (CMC), a pioneering NGO tackling violence against women in one of Brazil’s most vulnerable regions.

But before getting on the plane, Charlotte needed to do something: raise funds to support the communications and marketing strategy she’ll co-create with CMC.

Every TIE participant does this. It’s what ensures the ideas developed on the ground can actually take flight.

Charlotte didn’t just meet her target.

She smashed it.

Thanks to her genius Taskmaster-style fundraising event (featuring brilliant entries like a Lime bike for “best battery-powered item” ), Charlotte raised more than she set out to.

That means more impact. More reach. And of course, a louder voice for the women CMC supports.

This is what unlocking human firepower looks like.

It’s all about being courageous, encouraging collaboration and sparking creativity and contribution.
