Holly McGavock is the Director of Planning at Wing, a Hispanic-focused advertising agency, and part of Grey New York. In her role she oversees all strategic planning initiatives for Wing clients and new business efforts. Her clients include Pantene, Olay, Downy, Red Lobster, RadioShack, and TJ Maxx, among others.
Before joining Wing, Holly worked on such brands as Target, Ford, American Airlines, and got milk?, for which she won a Gold Effie in 2010 and two Gold HAPE (Hispanic Account Planning Excellence) awards. Prior to entering the field of strategic planning, Holly got her start in the Hispanic space at Yahoo! en español.
In addition to being Director of Planning at Wing, Holly also teaches Hispanic Marketing, Multicultural Marketing and Account Planning courses online for Florida State University students and marketing professionals.
