I was on London radio last week! It was my very first time on the radio airwaves, and I came in right after a Justin Timberlake track, which made it all the more surreal.

It was SO much fun.

I was invited to talk about my book Return on Humanity being named one of the Top 10 Leadership Books of 2025 with the Business Book Awards. With the big London gala less than two weeks away, the energy is building!

In the interview, we explored why the old-school way of leading no longer works, and why tapping into human competencies is now the most competitive strategy a business can have. We also looked at examples of companies that are getting it right, and I even got to share a personal nod to Putney, where my family lives.
