It’s not a drill.
We’ve just kicked off our first Virtual TIE cohort of 2025, and I had to share a bit of the magic behind these experiences. Because they truly are magic.
This time, it’s with an incredible team from Leo Burnett UK. Can you believe it, our very first client back in 2007.
Eighteen years later, they’re still backing our work, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their belief, their trust, and their phenomenal people.
The thing is, Leo Burnett gets it.
They understand that talent is everything. And that real leadership development isn’t about ticking a box.
It’s about investing in something real. Something with consequences. Something that drives real impact; for their people, and for the world.
That’s where TIE comes in.
This programme shatters the daily formula.
No hierarchy. No theory. Just real work, real implications, real-world stakes.
It’s about stepping out of the familiar. Working with people you’ve never met, on problems you’ve never seen before, in parts of the world you’ve never been to.
It’s uncomfortable.
It’s energising.
And it’s so powerful.
Over the next few weeks, this incredible team will be partnering with Barefeet Theatre in Zambia, virtually. Barefeet is an extraordinary NGO using performance and creativity to transform the lives of street-involved children.
The Leo Burnett team’s mission? To dig deep, cross divides, unearth insights and by doing that, help Barefeet take a bold next leap in its revenue strategy. To build long-term financial sustainability and move closer to realising a dream: a permanent home for their work – The Barefeet Village.
It’s big.
It’s bold.
And the clock is ticking.
In just six weeks, with limited human and financial resources, this team will show that innovation thrives under constraint.
Because at TIE Leadership, we believe: the obstacle is always the way.
Meet the Leo’s team: Natasha Meisel, Sara Gill, Scott McKinnon, and Charlie Crosthwaite. This team is bringing creative strategy, planning, production, account management skills; and a whole lot of heart and passion.
If you’re looking for a chance to do things differently, make a real impact, and be stretched in powerful new ways – this is it.
Thank you, Leo Burnett, for continuing to believe in what truly fuels innovation, cohesion, and leadership: real experiences, real impact, real humanity.
Stay tuned. We’ll be sharing the results soon.
