The power of humanity to unlock solutions in leadership and business.

Using the power of humanity to unlock solutions in leadership and business.

And empowering girls to be fierce protectors of their own future.

This was the dual mission of our most recent TIE programme with Leo Burnett and Chance4Change in Malawi.

And Monday’s final presentation proved it was a success.

In 6 weeks Team TIE Leo Burnett unlocked key Malawian insights and solutions.

They discovered that by giving girls permission to protect their future, they not only impact their lives, but also their family, their community, their country, and the world.

And the solutions the team came up with “will have a profound impact here in Malawi”, according to the local Malawi team.

The feeling of possibility, perspective and the power of collaboration was bursting at the seams as we wrapped things up.

This was a chance for the Leo Burnett team to interact with people who come from different places and gain exposure to new situations.

To collaborate with people from around the company they wouldn’t normally.

And gain a deeper understanding of the work they do from all angles, and its impact.

The team learned to listen more and understand the power of compassion and flexibility. Got to think out of the box and be more creative in their communications solutions. And got to see a different side of the agency they hadn’t seen before.

There is so much here. And it’s safe to say we are all still buzzing.

A huge thank you to everyone here in this picture who trusted us, trusted the TIE process, and gave their everything.

The world will thank you.

It’s time. Let’s do things differently! 💥 🌱✨
