This time I was interviewed!

Raise your hand if you feel like your inspiration has plateaued 🙋🏼‍♀️

I was recently interviewed by the incredible Mallory Erickson on her What The Fundraising podcast. Such an honour. In Mallory’s words:

“There is something this week’s guest Philippa White said that keeps going around in my head…

“The quality of our output is influenced by the inspiration we seek.” 🤔

We need to go out there and shake things up if we want to see the world differently and solve problems differently. 🙌🏼

I would argue that both the nonprofit world and corporate world could use more inspiration. ✨

I’m not saying you should quit your job and go explore the jungle (although some day soon I should tell you about my 7-month long backpacking adventure), but seeking new perspectives is a day-to-day task.

Ultimately inspiration sparks creativity, and creativity changes the world, right?

That is one of the things I love about the impact that The International Exchange has”.

So grateful to Mallory for the opportunity to chat.

And she asked some good questions on this episode that really got me thinking.

I know you’ll enjoy this conversation.

It’s time. Let’s change things!

Everyone has the power to inspire, guide, and amplify team success.

But before you can better lead others, you need to fully understand yourself!

This free tool is a powerful way to reveal the qualities you already have so that you can utilise them to become an even better leader.
