To be able to innovate we all need to see things, and think, differently.

To be able to innovate we all need to see things, and think, differently.  But why doesn’t it happen easily? 🤔

We have biases. Formed opinions and ideas. And we live in silos.

Also, as we get older, the more boring we become. It’s true!! We like the same old things. Going to the familiar places. And hanging out with people that think like us.

Where we work we’re also stuck in bubbles.

Rarely do different departments take the initiative and involve one another in projects and ideas. Cultures are formed and hard to break through. And people don’t just pick up the phone and talk to each other.

But…to be able to evolve our companies, find answers to complex challenges, and ensure that vital cognitive diversity, we NEED to bring in voices from the outside.

Outside of our departments, our networks, our sector, our company, and even our frames of reference.

And if it’s not intentionally done, it won’t happen.

How are you creating this cohesion?
How are you helping your people step away from the familiar?
How are you creating that connection and belonging?
And how do you ensure those quiet voices are heard?

If you’d like help, that’s just what I do. From speaking, to workshops, to full blown experiential life changing training in person or virtually. Reach out and I can explain more.
