As we wrap up 2024, I’ve been reflecting on what this year has truly been about.

While it’s tempting to list out accomplishments, what strikes me is that each milestone wasn’t just a “win”—it was a connection.

Connection with people, across borders and time zones.
Connection with ideas that challenge and inspire.
And connection with the bigger purpose that guides everything we do.

Here are a few ways we created even more connection this year:

• TIE Leadership grew its reach to 127 participants, spanning 12 countries and 4 continents, proving that our shared humanity knows no boundaries.
• Return on Humanity, launched this year, became an international bestseller in four countries and in 12 categories. But what I’m most proud of is the conversations it’s sparked—with leaders, teams, and readers worldwide.
• On stages, and at events, I’ve had the privilege of speaking with over 2,500 people across six cities, exploring topics like shared purpose, the power of diversity, and unlocking humanity in business.
• The TIE Unearthed podcast has managed to reach the hearts and minds of people in 29 countries around the world.
•  And finally, the new philippajwhite.com site has given me a new space to bring all these threads together—whether through speaking, consulting, or sharing ideas for a more human future.

Thank you to everyone who’s been part of this journey—whether by attending an event, reading ROH, joining a programme, hiring me or TIE to run and create programmes, listening to a podcast or simply reaching out with your thoughts and ideas. None of this would be possible without you. Truly all of us at TIE are so so grateful. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We’ll be taking a well-deserved break until mid-January, ready to dive into 2025 with fresh energy and ideas.
